History Ellipse A/S was founded in 1997 under the name Danish Dermatologic Development A/S. In 1998 a distribution network was established, and today Ellipse A/S distributes products to more than 50 countries world wide. In 2007 Ellipse started direct sales in Spain. The first product to be launched was the Ellipse Flex System and later the Ellipse Light followed. Ellipse today Ellipse is a privately held company.
