What is the clinical endpoint when performing photo rejuvenation treatments?

For rejuvenation:

The sign of a successful treatment is darkening of the solar lentigines after approximately 10 minutes. Normal skin will become erythematic following a treatment.

For facial telangiectasias:

A coagulation of the vessels that will turn bluish a few seconds after the shot.
