Clinically proven, safe and effective
Ellipse treatment offers clinically proven, long-term removal of pigmented lesions in the upper layer of the skin.
How does Ellipse treatment work?
Ellipse treatment works by directing pulses of light into the epidermis. Light is absorbed by the melanin which is concentrated in the pigmented lesions.
Melanin converts the light energy into heat. This heat is used to destroy the keratinocatos in which the melanin is stored. This technique is called "Selective Photothermolysis”.
Visible light emitted from Ellipse system is carefully controlled to produce the correct pulse length and wavelengths energy to destroy the target without damaging surrounding tissue.
